Curb fear describes a newly licensed driver's fear of hitting the curb while parking, causing them to park significabtly far from the pavement . The seriously afflictated constantly park almost in the middle of the road thereby obstructing passing traffic.
passing driver: "Ey! much hollering and hooting Move your car dude!!"

When people park their cars so badly the front or back wheels are touching the curb, and the protruding rear, or bonnet hangs over the curb.
