Chilling (or just chill) is a word overused by stupid russian zoomers or other douchebags as a substitute for "spending time"

When people are “hip” and “cool”, they use this word. That was sarcasm; people who think they are “hip” would be most likely to use this.
i.e Kevin was chilling with his friends.
n. a sensation of coldness and/or shivers, accompanied by extreme embarrassment for a third party.
I got thrice-chills when he told me about his friend taking a spill outside the commons! I wasn't even there!
