Fucked in the worst way possible.
This was in fucking college. Our bio finals were to present on any topic that was related to biology. A group was presenting on types of protection for sex. Not once did they refer to any body parts or fluids by their scientific names. So, yes; they literally had "dick," "cum," and "pussy" on slides and read off them. Everyone kept glancing over at our professor, who had this look like he was just constantly cleaning his glasses because he couldn't believe what he was witnessing. They got Kentucky fucked on grading.

Similar in meaning to 'what the fuck,' but the placement of 'fuck' at the beginning of the phrase shifts the emphasis for comical effect. Origin: A Sports Illustrated baseball article, written on 16 July 2007, used the phrase '#$!&@* the heck?' (presumably an editing error). Ken Tremendous of the blog Fire Joe Morgan noticed the odd phrase and popularized it.
Ignoring the sheer inanity of this back-and-forth, the phrase "On the DL" or "On the downlow" is sometimes used in the African-American community to describe men who are married and live outwardly heterosexual lives, but also secretly go to gay clubs and have affairs with men. I'm sure this is not what Biel or Scott intended to imply, but still, I can imagine D-Wade watching this and saying, "Fuck the heck?!" (Ken Tremendous, 2007.)

Having sex in a place or situation where the risk of getting caught adds to the thrill, the riskier and filthier the better including not using protection. Can be opportunistic or arranging a situation (setting the stage) where having sex under the nose of one or more partners increases the danger and getting away with it is the goal.
I have a fuck buddy who arranged for me to come to her boyfriend's party where no one knew we knew each other when everyone was wasted.
