The Trump Effect. (Condition, feeling, sensation, or phenomenon) Is the result of President Trump's continuously embarrassing comments and abhorrently childish behavior that makes people give up hope, realize the bar of decency and integrity has been set to rock bottom, and/or creates a general feeling of apathy, despair, and resignation after constantly being subjected to persistently obnoxious behavior.
Mary: "Hey, Scott, I noticed you no longer harp about the stupid things Trump does or says."
Scott: "I suffer from The Trump Effect. Whereas I used to care, I realize his behavior is never going to change and that we will just have to suffer this embarrassment until he is no longer President."

Bestie Effect is defined as an effect that occurs when both parties (usually besties) are able to hold long conversations with each other, often using a few or many topics within one conversation. These conversations can cause both parties to lose track of time as they are immersed in the other's presence.

The Blizzard Effect is often observed when present events fail to live up to the expectations set by past experiences or assurances due to the poor decision-makings.
Blizzard relaunched a package that had garnered significant attention years ago, generating immense excitement among the community. However, succumbing to the Blizzard Effect, the company introduced a pay-to-win mechanic, allowing players to gain certain in-game advantages by spending real money. This shift undermined the originally challenging environment of the game, leaving players feeling disillusioned and frustrated.
The company introduced a highly appealing product to the market, capturing the interest of customers with its attractive features and affordable price. However, employing the Blizzard Effect, the company later imposed additional fees for accessing the product's most exciting features. This unexpected change left customers feeling deceived and disappointed, as they were not informed of these hidden costs initially.
When a fanbase starts to commit mass suicide due to their idol being killed/killing themselves. Most famous for the suicides following the murder of rapper XXXTentacion. Also known as the XXXTentacion Effect.
James Charles' fanbase will get a nasty case of the X-Effect if he kills himself over this sub decline.
