Dave The Magical Cheese Wizard, otherwise knows as Wisi (pronounced Wizzy), is the most powerful wizard in all the lands. He controls to oceans of cheese flowing through the world. He controls the moon (made of cheese), he even controls the universe itself. If he is ever released from his eternal prison, the universe as we know it will be destroyed, and so will all of the multiverses.

A modern setting were magic exists and is common knowledge. Depending on the setting either just magic is real or also mythical creatures (e.g. Dragons, Vampires, ...). Ladder leads to mythical creatures having normal proficiencies: A werewolf as dog care employee; A vampire doctor who knows by the taste of your blood what the problem is; ...
When magic takes place in a modern setting it may be an Urban Magic setting.
A world of lies and misdirection. Entering one means to fall for those lies.
This phrase can be more easily defined by comparing what happens when one enters a normal metaphorical rabbit hole versus a magic rabbit hole. Entering a normal rabbit hole means to delve very deep into a subject to make proper discoveries, while entering a magic rabbit hole means one falls victim to numerous falsehoods.
Developed as a more clear distinction between discovery through investigation and being misled in numerous ways.
