Derives from death wish. When a person (male or female)dresses or acts in a manner that greatly increases their chances of getting raped. This can occur due to the individuals extreame lack of self respect, ones naivity or the individual's wish to simply get ploughed.. per say

Usually one will notice the Digg Rape effect when trying to browse to a site linked through Digg.
