a declaration of excitement. this is usually accompanied by fast, vigorous dance moves or throwing a nearby object to a considerable length or to an unsuspecting person. these dance moves are more oftentimes from the popular video game Fortnite.
To throw, or just a silly slang word.
“Oh, look at that mattress! It looks so soft! Yeet!”
“Ooooh, Matt yeeted that frisbee!”

Yeet is a very strong word. Yeet has the same meaning as throw but you wouldn't say "Throw!" right when you're throwing it and damn does it sound cool.
