Yates effect

The Yates effect is an interesting quality that humans have been researching since the beginning of time.
The effect occurs when a group of people hates another party, but soon turns their hatred on the party trying to stand up for the hated.
Most of the time the hated party will join the opposing side just to drive the hate away form themselves.

Remember during the D.C. trip were Evan got his ass beat because of the Yates effect?

The Wallen Effect

The exact opposite of being cancelled. Where one says something out of pocket and instead of being cancelled and shunned, blows up and becomes well liked.

Bombay effect

The Bombay effect is an extremely sad and unfortunate consequence of long term meth use. When a seemingly good hearted person subjects themselves to long term drug use, grandually they begin to change. They lose sight of their morales, values, beliefs, everything that made them, them. They become empty, cold, and callous. Unable to have any moral values or virtues that humans tend to have. They become lost. The bombay effect is what causes mothers to choose addiction over their children. Once a person succumbs to the effect there is no cure. They can't be trusted at any cost there's absolutely no hope because they have no core values or integrity. Betraying everyone even family is no exception. It's the final stage of addiction. Past the point of no return. You become cruel, ruthless and you feel no remorse or regret for your actions. They will have nothing and It's only a matter of time before they will reap what they sow burning all bridges. They will live and die alone desperate, depressed, and deeply anguished. Discontent with the way things turned out. Do not feel sympathy for as soon as you let your guard down they will double Cross and deceive you. Opportunity controls their loyalty. You just have to find solace in knowing you are better than that and you could do nothing to prevent it because they did it to themselves.

"I can't believe Destiny keeps using while she's pregnant and doesn't even try to get sober or raise the children herself. How many kids does she have?"

"Yea it's super sad and heart breaking I think she has 9 kids now, and not 1 of them will ever know what a mother's love is actually like because she suffers from the Bombay effect.

"Destiny used to be my best friend I trusted her more than anyone. And she betrayed me all because she let her addictions get to her!"
"Whoa there's plenty of addicts out there that don't stoop to that all time low. It's the Bombay effect that made her that way."

I have to change my life around and do whatever it takes to get my kids and let them know I love them, before I am completely consumed by the Bombay effect.
