cheer up charlie

(regional lesbian slang): The act of advancing your sexual wishes on an emotionally vulnerable, heterosexual woman. Although not usually physically coercive, a lesbian woman may sometimes use physical force to carry out sexual acts when the heterosexual woman is visibly too hysterical to defend herself.

Lesbian Girl 1: I had a real good time last night. I hung out with Cindy back at my place for ice cream and wine because she was sad after a hard break up with her boyfriend. Between sessions of intense crying, I found the perfect time to finger blast her ham wallet and we ended up scissoring all night.

Lesbian Girl 2: Now that's what I call a cheer up charlie.

Bronx Cheer

Dialect from the New York area, a medium-pitched warbled emitted from the rear poop passage, usually associated with the emission of shit juice.

Bronx Cheer is a term associated with a similar word from the New York dialect, Bronx Bombers - a word commonly misunderstood to refer to the proverbial team's hitting prowess, it is now known that both terms originate with a regrettable roadtrip night during which the Pinstripers spent binging on beans and broccoli.

The home team, none other than the Chowds, was so overcome with the super nauseous naus that contributed immediately to the Yanks 8-1 win the next day, as well as an immediate need for team-wide uniform pant replacements.

The next time the commie-boots visited the Babe's house, Yankee fans greeted them with a chorus of orally-produced "Bronx Cheers" complete with dip-juice to simulate the events of the road trip prior.

"Why is Timmy in the office?"
"Right after history class started, he stood up, bent over and gave Mrs. Nance a real Bronx Cheer."

Bloke 1: My shout
Bloke 2: Schooner of New
Bloke 3: Pint of SuperDry
1: No worries, back in a sec
.
.
.
1: Here you go (whilst handing around beers)

2&3: Fuck off Noddy!

Drink a decent mouthful.

Awkward Cheer Syndrome

A condition where the afflicted person loudly continues a croud cheer after the rest of the croud has fallen silent. As this is the only symptom, it can be hard to recognize people with ACS unless attending a sports event or similar function.

Croud: "Let's go panthers!

Let's go panthers!"

Person with Awkward Cheer Syndrome: "Let's go pan..."

Croud: *silence*

cheers big ears

An Australianism associated with drinking: When you're about to take a drink, you say "cheers big ears". There are two usual responses: "same goes big nose," or "up your nose with a rubber hose."

(At the pub after raising your glass)

You - "Cheers big ears"

Me - "same goes big nose"

(Followed by a wink and a big long quenching gulp of your drink)
