Can be assosiated with ones weight, but mainly shows ones state of mind or being. Can also be used to show how someone is lazy. Fatty Mcgee is one who is always being fat.

Tom, you are a fat ass, you had to push the coffe table down to get the remote.

Malcolm, you big fat, you mean you couldnt give me a ride to work because you were "comfterable"?

When the weekend rolls around, im just a big fatty Mcgee.
