A measurement of time applicable in Cornwall and Devon. A Cornish Minute is equivalent to an English hour.
Cornish Person: I'll be there in a minute
English Person: See you in an hour because I know that's a Cornish Minute
Like a New York minute but longer (due to traffic, the wide sprawl of LA, and because everyone in LA is laid back)

When guys say they'll be there in 15, it's really a code for twice as long.
