2) a crackhead or lowly black person. a division within the black race that includes the poorly educated, drug dealers, hustlers, swindlers etc. this group may also include anyone who can also be classified as a coon or porch monkey. There are however black people who are not niggers (the well educated ones).
3)a word that seemingly cannot be defined objectively, as people who have been screwed by niggers assume that all black people are that way.
