The annoyingly weak and wimpy beta female/male who obviously can’t defend themselves so they make up a story or change a story to make themselves look like the victim. highly immature individual who thinks they’re the good guy in any negative situation, even if THEY CAUSED the damn problem. People with a victim mindset go nowhere in life, they just blame the other person(s) involved and act like it’s all their fault; when in reality it’s usually theirs, or a bit of both. They just think everything happens to them, probably why no one… likes them. They NEVER apologize.

Any individual who makes visible, or becomes known for sharing negative personal experiences, or works to facilitate others to share there own experiences through means such as websites.
Nearly always used to refer to women, it is a common retort to discredit those who speak publicly about rape, or sexual harassment.
When bob saw women sharing their experiences on an internet forum, he was disgusted that anyone would be given attention for showing weakness. As he angrily started typing responses he thought to himself "I'll show these professional victims what happens, when you speak openly about uncomfortable topics".

When you get tied down by Hot Asian Chicks (or HAC), stripped of your clothing and sprinkled with their cooking, which may or may not in fact be delicious.
Since the HAC will be eating it themselves without hands, one generally doesn't care too much.
