What most people yell at there video games when the CPU seems to be cheating. This usually happens when the CPU does something no one could possibly pull off and/or is being completely unfair.
Markus: OMG THIS GAME CHEATS IT KEEPS SCORING SHOTS FROM LIKE HALF COURT.
Sane Individual: How can the game be cheating at itself.
Markus: I... I don't know...

Basically, it's when a cheater who uses any third-party software to get an avantage on a game, but instead of blatantly cheating, they will try to completely hide the fact that they're cheating. Most typically found in the DMG+ Levels in Counter Strike: Global Offensive matchmaking.
Legit #1: yo this guy is sketchy as fuck
Legit #2: he's cheating.
Cheater: i'm not hacking.
Cheater's friend: he isn't hacking dude.
Cheater #2: This kid is fucking closet cheating. And he's actually really bad at hiding it too.

Netflixing a TV series with your spouse/friends/significant other, and watching episodes while the other party is out. This creates the awkward situation where you have to decide if the other party now has to watch episodes by themselves, or skip ahead to catch up.
Sorry babe, I'm already on Season 3, Episode 7 of "The Wire." Do you think you'll have time to catch up before we watch it together tomorrow? I know, I'm totally netflix cheating.

A day on which you are allowed to break your diet, as complete abstinence is impossible for most people. It also provides a reward for the sticking to your nutrition plan over the rest of the week. The "cheat" can be small (e.g. a chocolate muffin with lunch), large (e.g. a fast food meal), or systemic (e.g. Full Fat Friday).

Cheating asshole is a man who doesn't talk to his wife about issues but has sex with his coworker and lays all his issues on her while lying to his wife.
My husband who the GM of a company risked his job and slept with his married coordinator and lied to me, cheating asshole.
