Lead Sled

Slang. Used in reference to an aircraft's inability to stop after touching down for a landing. Not suggested for short runways.

A business professional who attempts to be a leader, but actually is detrimental, weighing down a team or project analogous to the physical properties of the heavy-metal element, lead.
