Like docking, it involves two, usually homosexual, men where the head of one penis is tucked/hidden in the foreskin of the other. However, the "active" version involves one step further. This is when the "docked" individual uses the foreskin of the other to "masturbate out" both involved parties.
Docking alone wasn't cutting it. Therefore, those two went into full on active docking.

In the Halo game series, players can become invisable if they find active camouflage.
No wonder he was able to get behind our base... he had active camouflage.
