You implore this phrase in multiple applications. For example when something great has happened to you or someone else. Also used if someone does something stupid and you unfortunately had to witness it or hear about it.
Max: Yo I just found out my boy smashed Isabella, worst thing i've seen all day

A comical phrase used by the boys to make gay jokes at or amongst themselves. Stated during the observation of a scene that resembles the plot or elements of a porn video. Also used when witnessing a series of events that, at that moment, could seemingly unravel into a sticky situation.
Pace walks into the room holding a pumpkin. Craigs immediately announces “I think i’ve seen this one before.”
"Seen it" is a shortened version of "Seen Your Arse". A person who has "seen it" has become suddenly irate or upset, often disproportionately, as a result of bad news or misfortune.
