This is the term you would use as a substitute for the word 'vagina' if your mom didn't want you to know the real word. You probably thought that 'tilly' was the actual word for vagina until you were in the fifth grade and went over to a friend's house, discovering their dog was named Tilly and in turn being horrified.

Alternate term for people with big foreheads, used for blonde women. Derived from the fact that the CEO of the store Tilly’s was a blonde woman with a big forehead.

A person who is small, but that is not a bad thing. Tilly is a nice person who has a lot of friends but does not believe that she does but actually does. Very nice and kind, and who is a good person.
