What used to be used as an adjective "That girl has a winning smile." Or a verb. "I love winning at tennis!" Has because of Charlie Sheen now become a derogatory term used sarcastically. Winning now means the opposite of winning but really losing or the act of being a loser.
Open to a restaurant with a bathroom door that locks.
Guy stands outside of bathroom waiting to go in since clearly the bathroom is being used. At that moment three guys walk out and one of them has white powder all over his nose while the other two have the sniffles.
As the crew walks past the guy standing outside of the bathroom goes, "Winning!"

"Pay-to-win" or "P2W", is a pejorative term for a game that offers any advantage that can be obtained faster or exclusively via commercial transactions over gameplay rewards or the impact of the player's own performance.
This market practice is seen negative because it destroys the sportiveness of games, rewarding mediocre players who look for an easy way to beat the competition or the challenge, instead of promoting fair play.
Imagine, for example, an Archery competition where the archers could optionally buy the right to use laser-dot scope aims in their bows Every archer would look to exploit that artificial advantage, instead of actually improving themselves at the sport.
Don't even downloaded that pay-to-win game. I rather save that money for real games.
Bi-Winning, is a term coined in March 2011 by actor Charlie Sheen. Meaning winning on the ultimate level, the term was used by Sheen as a counter description to his erratic behaviour when a journalist inquired about his mental health. The journalist asked Mr. Sheen if he was "bi-polar" based on his apparent manic episodes. Sheen replied that he was not bi-polar but was in fact "bi-winning" adding "I win here, I win there".
