Smoke Bullied is when a group of people are smoking together without passing it to you, perhaps while snickering, smirking or laughing
a group was smoking a blunt and kept passing me playing keep away, That's when I realize that I was being Smoke Bullied!

To tell someone something disturbing about yourself and , quote on quote, “drowning them” in the truth.
It’s “drowning in smoke” because smoke is viewed as something unhealthy and overall not good.
The fact you’d be saying about yourself would be so disturbing that they would almost die of shock. And since they can’t forget it, it would “drown them”.
“Tell me about what happened.”
“Man, it’d drown you in smoke if I did.”
“You should tell him what Joey does.”
“I don’t want to drown someone in smoke like that.”
