The term originates from being pissed off at someone that it you want to take out your frustration at someone.
One would feel extremely frustrated if a person who has an STD were to have anal sex with the person who is frustrated (especially if he is a guy).

When one person says something to offend another. Also you can say just burn, but burn down the side is reffering to side burns, like the facial hair. And when this is said instead of just burn it makes it more offending.
