A phrase that means to smoke marijuana, and is used when you are by parents and/or teachers and don't want them to know what you're talking about. Also used on written messages that you're worried of parents reading. The "game" is the type of weed, and the "controller" is the device you use to inhale it.

Playing level Lopi means, playing video games in a high perfection. It means when you are playing on Lopi level, you can't be beaten anymore.
This level is not reachable for normal humans. It is used to describe the skills while playing video games, such as Call of Duty, Dead Island or Modern Warfare 3.
