When a person has worked for several mildly successful tech companies and now has enough money to create a backyard theme park. This person would have risen to the level of having a "Rick's Roll" and thus can build a private playground.

A more extreme form of chubby chasing. "Chubby Chasing" implies a fetish for those that are noticeably overweight, but not obese.. "Roll Patrolling" is a fetish for those that are grossly overweight, such as those that are morbidly obese or bigger.

Combinination of cry and eye-roll. An expression used when one is both touched and disgusted/exasperated at human-interest schmaltz.
I couldn't help but cry-roll at the story of millions of dollars being raised for charity in honor of a dead 9-year-old girl's wish.
