Another way to say "just do it". Stems from NIKE's slogan "Just Do It". "It" is a pronoun in this case which can and will be switched out for a more specific object.

Bagging up is a London slang word for where you chop crack cocaine or heroin and put them in wraps (usually clingfilm) ready to sell to drug addicts.

"Gotta cut up this crack and start bagging up. Need to make some money"

When a woman ices (or at minimum, perks) her nipples before going out. She does this to look super duper hot.
