Like a thrill seeker, but instead of seeking thrills a chill seeker is someone who seeks for cool places to chill.

When talking to someone, we are always chill with them, with them i mean there is a 20 Hour chill and when the 20 Hours end, You do not want to meet them until next week, and are less chill with them but not a lot.
