Someone you literally cannot guard, not even Michael Thomas' blankets can cover him.
Josh Norman got benched because he Can't Guard Mike!
Holy shit Norman fucking sucks.
"Can't stenchon the mélenchon" is an expression used by the candidate to the 2017 french presidential election, Jean-Luc Mélenchon.
It could has been created on the Jeuxvidéo.com's forum by users to show their preference for Mélenchon rather than Marine Lepen (far right). It has been inspired by the sentence "can't stump the trump" even if Mélenchon doesn't share the Trump's point of view.
This catchphrase quickly spread on the internet. Now, it became a slogan for the Mélenchon's party : La France insoumise.
Hey, Can't stenchon the mélenchon

A phrase to describe outlandish behavior
Joe shoots a three-pointer 25ft from the corner.
Bro: "Whoa, I wish I could do that."
Joe: "Booyah! You can't coach that, son."

the worst kind of cop there is. Very controlling and authoritive, the kind that will beat your ass for speeding 5 MPH over the limit or stand in the middle of a busy street at 10am in a dark blue uniform and expect not to get hit.
They were made famous in the alternate version of "April 26, 1992" by Sublime, where the lyrics show disdain towards their kind.
Officer Leroy beat me up just for rolling dice in the alley, he's such a can't-afford cop.

1: The REAL truth of the internet: The political right (US Republicans, Trump supporters, boomers, etc.) is uncapable of creating internet humor, and any attempt at doing so will automatically end up getting ratioed extremely.
Lots of these have to do with their lack of empathy toward the oppressed, their consistent racism, their use of the projection fallacy, or their cherry-picked Christian values. What the right doesn't understand about the left's meme "theft" is that the right's memes were never funny in the first place, therefore it is up to the left to improve, make wholesome, or remove any meaning from their original meme.
2: the subreddit showing off examples of definition 1. Constantly at war with The Right Can't Meme.
Lefty 1: Ugh, Ben Garrison just made another dumbass political cartoon! Why does he think that everything against him is "woke"?
Lefty 2: No wonder the right can't meme! Don't worry, there's so much labelling here it's BEGGING to be made into a cum edit!
