A cliché phrase used to introduce one's viewpoint, typically in writing. The phrase is normally followed by a comma. Sometimes abbreviated to IMHO.

1. A phrase used after stating an irrefutable or widely accepted fact, often to deride the intelligence of the listener and to add a quality of snarkiness to the statement.
2. (that's just your opinion) A reply to a statement of irrefutable fact, used to place the statement-maker in the awkward position of having to back up their statement with further irrefutable facts. Often followed up with one's own ridiculous opinion.
Actually, two plus two *does* equal four, but that's just my opinion.

Someone that shares their personal opinion online, and then deletes any comments or messages from people with an opposing opinion. If they really start to get attacked for their opinion, they might turn off the comment section or delete the post all together.
Vanja posted about why 13 Reasons Why is an awful show, and when I said it wasn’t, she deleted my comment instead of accepting my opinion and responding or letting others respond to it. What an opposing opinion pussy.
IOT states that an opinion, no matter how ludicrous, will always have at least one other person online which shares the same opinion unironically

The act of ranting about your opinions, not caring how other feel about it.

Something you might say when your opinion might offend someone or be in the minority... When someone says "opinions are like assholes", they mean that "opinions stink".
I personally think that the Ramones suck, but opinions are like assholes, right?
