This is generally seen in children in rich families, but also in middle class. Adults can also be spoiled brats too, they will normally be labeled as immature and use their parents to get their way in life. Spoiled Brats hate when no is said towards them and throw a tantrum due to it, the tantrum due to not being shown manners. This is a varied meaning word as it can be used on misbehaving children.
