1. Trying to get rough with someone by talking bad about them (usually to their face)
2. Loudly confronting someone if you have a problem with them

This is often done when people are drunk

That guy in the stands was trying to talk noise and it just ended up in a big brawl

Other people's business talked about behind closed doors that can't be said in public, but can be expressed in one's home kitchen, far from the person(s) being talked about. Usually one's opinion is expressed.

chalk talk

A talk or lesson in which the speaker uses a blackboard and chalk.

Before every game the coach gives a last minute chalk talk.

Just like the infamous Hitler, to say something that supports making one group of people more powerful than everyone else.

Gerard: I'm just saying, gamers should take over the world!
Me: Hey slow down buddy, that's Hitler Talk

small talk

A bullshit social ritual where people decide to talk about the weather and how they're doing instead of topics that are actually interesting and fun to talk about. People often resort to small talk to avoid being awkward and as a way to conform to acting normal or expected.

Small talk prevents people from talking about interesting subjects that will improve their knowledge and foresight

Lego Talk

When building Lego with a friend and concentrating on your building more than your conversation such that the conversation is meaningless, unconventional and generally makes no sense.

John : I'm really enjoying building this Lego castle Paul.
Paul : Yeah, i guess pirates do have cool shoes..
John : Wow, that was some serious Lego Talk

1. "What did you get up to last night?"
"Oh, just sat round a friends house talking bollocks."

2. "I was out last night and met this bloke who told me he was once an astronaut."
"Woah, did you believe him?"
"No, he was talking bollocks".
