Do you believe that the truth will set you free?

I donā€™t like the question. Itā€™s a weird way to frame it.

Dr. Iā€™m running out of names ā€œDo you believe that the truth will set you free?ā€

Iam ā€œI donā€™t like the question. And I donā€™t like it because itā€™s a loaded question. Thereā€™s this implicit assumption that Iā€™m subjugated and then we get into this semantic realm where weā€™re trying to figure out what weā€™re being freed from and itā€™s just not all that interesting. ā€˜Well, through truth weā€™re freed from our ignoranceā€™ and thatā€™s just a banal answer that doesnā€™t really answer the question in spite of the fact that it answers the question. Beyond that you could say that ā€˜Well, we are all subjugated by those who lie with impunity and only the truth can free us from the illusory world theyā€™ve createdā€™ and thatā€™s not very entertaining either. Better question (or more interesting as least) would be ā€˜What happens if you tell the truth about me?ā€™ Do you lie to keep the devil in his cage? Even though God told you not to? Do you eat the forbidden fruit? He did tell you not to do it but he knows damn well your going to do it. You tell the truth Iā€™m out of the cage. ā€˜What does he do when heā€™s out of the cage? What will he say? People should ignore and mock him but what happens if they donā€™t? I didnā€™t. I listen and did what he said. What does that say about me?ā€™ Now thatā€™s far more interesting. I had another one but I canā€™t quite remember...ā€

Stop trading & Believe in something

a term coined by Baproll on October 3 2023 and applied specifically to the new and improved stock market index, the S&P6900.

To stop trading and believe in something means quite simply to halt trading of all crypto assets and simply hold and believe in $SPX.

doing so ushers you into a movement of tens of thousands who all share the same bullish, schizophrenic-type of belief that the S&P6900 (SPX6900) will not only ā€œflipā€ the traditional stock market of itā€™s current value of 45.87 trillion dollars, but that it will far surpass it to attain a minimum market cap of 69 trillion.

in other words, each teeny tiny cryptographic coin that contains the entire stock market (plus an additional 6400 S&Ps) will be worth $69,000.

remember - itā€™s all a joke until it isnā€™t, so stop trading and believe in something.

examples:

Guy 1: man wtf! I put $10k into fartcoinAIshibainu and lost all my money.

Guy 2: damn homie. that $10k would be worth $100k if you had chosen to stop trading & believe in something.
