A bizzare expression used by some people to describe the small, square cushions placed on a couch to enhance it's comfort and aesthetics, as opposed to the larger cushions which form the seat and are hence integral to the couch.
They're not "couch pillows", they're CUSHIONS. Pillows are what you rest your head on while you sleep, cry into when you're a teenage girl or bite when you get fucked in the ass - but only when the aforementioned events happen IN BED.

Someone's couch, usually a friend's or someone who has people over a lot, which always ends up being the location of sex at the end of the night for the wasted party-goers crashing at the party.

That guy is a total couch hopper. He can never hold down a job. And whenever he has a girlfriend, he just lives with her until she gets tired of his shit. Then, he starts calling a different friend every few days for a place to stay.

A creature that comes and lives on your couch. They will steal internet, food and blankets. They will come and go as they please, but they're most likely to be found on your couch in the summer months.
Couch trolls commonly eat food that requires little to no cooking or preparation, and can be eaten with one hand. Couch trolls rarely leave the couch they are currently inhabiting, they only get up to gather food, when they have angry bladder syndrome, or to move to a new couch.
If you have a couch troll inhabiting your couch, let them be, for if you try to move them they may get irritated and remove your limbs from your body.
Person 1: 'Where have all our blankets gone?'

To repay a small amount of money borrowed from a friend years after it was initially promised to be paid back. Payment methods include, but are not limited to: coupons, change found in the couch cushions, excuses, making the friend drive 30 miles to collect $5 and a buy one get one Steak and Shake coupon, asking you for part of a payment back for rent because of a miscalculation, etc...
Btw, David Couch, I'm still waiting on that last $100 of that loan, bitch! You couching out bastard!
David calls Ryan and promises that he has $75 to make as a payment on a $500 loan from Ryan. He asks Ryan to drive to the Junction (J2, an under-21 club). Ryan drives over eagerly expecting $75.

A "couch payment" is the term for paying off a debt with sex rather than money.
I know Ms. Smith that you'll be short on rent again this month, why don't you pay half cash and then we can settle the debt with 2 or 3 couch payments.
