Term used by D.C. local children to describe weed... these kids most likely smoke weed themselves and will ask to smoke ur weed... be aware that they may try to rob you or scare you with stating they have a gun after smoking ur weed.

A person who sells or is associated with drugs and goes to raves. Usually a girl who follows the latest trends and is mainstream, doing it only because everyone else is too.

GETTIN' TWEAKED

Getting high or altered by some substance usually at a low level as in "slightly tweaked" but can also be used as "totally tweaked" which would imply very high or altered.

We were gettin' tweaked before I going to the principles office. It makes him seem more normal.

I was gettin' tweaked 24/6 when I lived in Vancouver. I took a day off to recover.
