No, I don't want to take my pants off

This is what you say when someone near you is on the phone so whoever they happen to be talking to thinks they were about to get some but then were rejected.

Victim: "Oh, yeah so the other night I was talking to-"
Random person: "No, I don't want to take my pants off!"
Person on the phone: "Who was that..?"
Victim: "Um...."

Don't Let The Door Hit You On The Way Out

A metaphor for: "I think you should leave. Do not pause or delay while you are leaving." Generally used when the addressed has been complaining about circumstances that the listener doesn't agree with. It comes from a time when doors were on spring hinges and if you paused in the doorway while exiting, the door would spring closed behind you and hit you on the backside.

"This place stinks. I am too qualified to be here."

"Well, don't let the door hit you on the way out."

Don't do the crime, if you can't do the time.

A "hip" expression of the 1960's-70's that advises you not to do something risky unless you are willing and able to accept the full weight of the consequences.

Ironically popularized by the theme song to the TV show "Baretta" starring Robert Blake.

Fred: "I'm losing my license for drunk driving..."

Charlie: "Quit complaining! You know what they tell you: 'don't do the crime if you can't do the time!'"

I don't chase em i replace em

This phrase became popular from the NOTORIOUS B.I.G. song One More Chance.

Meaning that you don't fall into a women's attempt to play games / play hard to get.

If a woman doesn't treat you right, you can and will replace her without question with another woman.

Women for you are a dime a dozen.

This definition could also be reversed for a women to a man.

Person 1: Hey man I heard Heather was playing games with you the other night at the club

Person 2: Yea, for real man, she be trifilin sometimes but i cant help it... girl got me twisted.

Person 1: See bro that's exactly why I don't chase em i replace em. These old girls gotta know, if they play games they gotta go..

Person 2: Damn fool you harsh.

Person 1: Thats how I roll bro

Why don't you just fucking die already?

No seriously. This is a reference to Breaking Bad season 1 episode 4, when Walter Junior, upset and in turmoil over his father's lung cancer diagnosis, outrages at his farther's hopelessness. His mother, Skyler White, is visibly distraught and in shock. Walter White, his father, is facially ambiguous, but I suggest that he is turned on by the unexpected lash out. The abruptness and out-of-pocketness makes this one of the funniest lines in Breaking Bad, nay, in American television.

The writers could well have ended the entire TV show by having Walter White die right then and there and rolling the credits. In fact, this would have been a totally viable ending to a long-winded story and would have prevented the rise of the crack-addicted, mentally unstable Breaking Bad community. Just imagine a world free from crack-heads yelling "JESSE WAKE UP" in public.

The phrase is most often unintentionally used by rage-quitting gamers; specifically, Minecraft zealots when they have two hearts, no shield, and three skeletons are raping them. The phrase also features in many political debates when the opposition runs out of rebuttals and resorts to crude insults, because, after all, this is the best way to assert yourself in discourse.
