i.e Someone messes with you and you wanna f**k them up. So you tell em that your gonna cuz them up. You just wanna beat them, be it mentally, physically, emotionally or spiritually. Known for its versatility in any situation. Can be used generally, lightheartedly as well as threateningly.

It can also mean you wanna convert that person into your cousin.
You may have told a hood member that you wanna cuz them up. They are gonna flog you, so you just tell em this to get out yourself outta the shit you just got into.
