Metal Claw

When a metal head reaches a state of pure metal ecstasy they make the claw with their hand and raise it up.

The true metal claw can be likened with holding an imaginary chalice filled with somthing metal....like sacrificial blood or beer.
Singers also use this hand gesture when feeling extra metal, godlike or just an extreme metal surge.

This is not exclusive to a live show but can also be done while driving and/or listening to ones favorite cassette tape.

Not to be confused with either the devil horns hand sign as these are 2 distinct gestures OR the "mall claw" which is a 1980s hairstyle achieved with heat and Aqua-net hairspray.

Bobby was in a state of awe at the Slayer show and raised the Metal claw to the stage.

Metal Jesus

The entity talking in certain Iced Earth songs like "Melancholy" (legendary btw.), and creeping into many other supposedly purely "metal" acts.

When Metal Jesus takes over metal you almost might not notice any change in your metal playlist.

Heavy metal anarchy

A type of music that is a mixture of heavy metal and anarchy rock. It has the sounds of heavy metal and the antigovernment lyrics of anarchy rock.

Do you like heavy metal anarchy?

Groove Metal

Groove metal (also known as post-thrash or power groove) is a derivative form of thrash metal that is played at a moderate pace and places a greater emphasis on 'groove' and syncopation. This style was popularized in the early 1990s by the bands Prong and Pantera.

Lamb of God are my favorite groove metal band.

Metal Gear Solid 2

One of the weaker Metal Gear Solid main titles, along with Metal Gear Solid 5. The plot is an incomprehensible and nonsensical mess and it has some pretty bland level design for most of the game. The best parts of an otherwise forgettable entry were the Tanker and Arsenal Gear segments that comprise 30% of the game. Those were peak Metal Gear Solid experiences. Otherwise, it’s just a bland rehash of Metal Gear Solid.

Metal Gear Solid 2 was pretty average. Thankfully, Snake Eater came out afterward.
