Someone with a 'Serious case of the deads' will in 99.999% of medical cases be 'dead'.
Often used by multiple people playing video games to describe someone.
Person 1: Yay i killed him!
Person 2: Is that a hole in his head?
Person 3: It looks like he has a Serious case of the deads.

This term derives from the altogether less legendary and more American phrase kick ass. This British version was created by morgangills as he felt that there was no general term to describe something that he deems to be bloody amazing.

The most popular phrase from "The Dark Knight". used by fanboys and the genuinely joker-like characters alike. Although its a cool thing to say, say it to much and someone may punch you in the face.
