This event occurs when you are stuck in traffic as a result of an accident on the three-mile bridge while emergency crews tend to the dead, dying or injured. The bridge spans over the water way know as the Kill Van Kull. The Bayonne Bridge also "guess starred" War of the Worlds, the bridge that gets blown up. It is also best known by Port Richmond High School.
I looked at the long way down from the Bayonne Bridge, over the rather short railing, of the padestrian walk way.
