Spoon hour is a time when sleep deprivation is so severe that anything is hilarious, including the mention of the word "spoon".

Max: "Like that piece of apple that you almost bite off that has a flap of skin attaching it to the apple like a door."

About an hour, but usually 15-30 minutes longer. Taken from the eyeglass retailers promise to have your glasses ready "in about an hour" which, in reality is often up to 90 minutes.

After the no calculator math sections of the SAT, everyone disperse for their five minute break. When they return, everyone screams CALCULATOR HOURS as they pull out their TI-84's. Everyone except for Stephen Hawking that is.
