Was a subreddit dedicated to cringe found all over the internet. It has been notorious for being popular on r/justunsubbed due to shitty content and god-awful mods. Due to Reddit's policies being broken by the sub, The mods are desperately trying to move their users to their shitty website by completely decimating the subreddit with automods and furries.
It means you didnt get the joke, or you corrected a person who purposely wrote/said the phrase that way. You can add more "o"s when the person totally misunderstood or corrected the joke that shouldn't have been corrected, and that will be "r/whooosh" or "r/whooooosh" etc.
