"Doxastically closed" describes a person who is unwilling to change their (false) beliefs regardless of any arguments against it.
The term is used in Street Epistemology and goes back to Peter Boghossianโs "A Manual for Creating Atheists". His definition: โI use the term to mean that either a specific belief one holds, or that oneโs entire belief system, is resistant to revision.โ
