Someone who wait's around in corners or paths in World of warcraft that randomly give/ask if you want a buff, Usually results in paying them, or you asking for a buff.

That Buff Whore asked me if i wanted the Hunter's Mark buff for 2 Silver.

Buff louis describes someone whose entire body is buff. People who are buff louis are typically on diet and hit the gym on a daily basis. Buff Louis's are extremely swole and have only muscle.
