A person who has no respect and thinks they could smoke anytime, anywhere and stink up the good healthy air for decent people and pollute the air with their filth. They are addicted to cigarettes and think cigarettes are good for them. They want to encourage teens and youth and other people to start smoking. They complain about cigarette prices too much. These people are usually chain smokers who continue to smoke daily. You often see these people when your driving when your behind some idiot, that person flicks his lit cigarette out the window and littering.
