When simply saying 'yes' just isn't good enough. It's like saying yes, but X10. Usually used with an exclamation point

When your girlfriend asks you if you want to do something. And you say it hoping to get action later that night.

Girlfriend; Hey are you okay with going to that wine tasting party tonight?
Guy; Sure babe.

Saying that you SURE WOULD means that you would definitely hit it with someone in your life.
