Stupid, ignorant person who doesn't know a thing about the rest of the world.
Thinks the USA is the best and only civilized country in the world. Doesn't know geography or any other language than English (they can't even spell correct in English).
An American teen can't think without categorizing everything. He/she cannot think outside of the box. They absolutely need to be part of some kind of group: emo's, indie kids, scenesters, valley girls. They make EVERYTHING mainstream.
Think they are really cool and 'different' when they 'go backpacking through Europe' for the summer.
They're highly uneducated.
American teen:
Is Belgium a part of Germany?
Isn't Europe, like, full of small countries and cathedrals?
European person:
you're stupid. I know tons of things about your country AND I speak your language and haven't got a clue about Europe?!

Usually Stuck up to the more normal kids with less money. Usually wears American eagle, hollister pacsun etc. Refuses to shop at non name brand stores such as walmart and makes fun or refuses to befriend anyone that does so. Most friends consist of other preps and mostly spread rumors about other people. Many conflicts start between the more accepting, normal, and less wealthy and preps do to the preps rude gestures such as laughing at them, talking about them, etc
Nikki: "ewwww how could you shop at walmart you're so poor"
Normal kid: " easy by going into the store...picking out something i like...taking it to a cashier have them ring it up, pay for it, and carry it out of the store...im sorry if im not a teen prep like you."

Teen models are beautiful girls who are starting glamorous careers while their peers in high school work at the local grocery store. And yet, it's those high-school girls who judge teen models. Often times calling them bitches, when really, they'd kill to be them. When talking to a teen model in NYC she told me it wasn't the industry that caused her to develop anorexia, rather it was the girls at her high school who'd say stuff behind her back "Kristin? She's not even that pretty! How's she a model?" Models often walk with a harsh expression on their faces and everyone put's it down to being a bitch when really, these girls are constantly being derailed for being skinny and pretty! And maybe, the snarl on their face is due to the 5 inch heels they've been told to strut around in. In reality, modeling is hard, you have to have a perfect walk, exact measurements (34-24-34), and then listen to everyone talk about how models are ruining our society. So, teen models are not only very beautiful people, but brave as well; to put up with everything the average person will say about them.
Female Teen Models are often times named Kendal, Karoline, Kristin, or Kylie. It just happens to be a trend i've noticed..
"did you see that hot girl?"
"yeah that's Karoline, the Teen Model!"

A mid-2000s cartoon show made for a wide audience (as showcased by its appeal to darker themes and problem-solving orientation). The characters include Starfire, Raven, Cyborg, Robin, and Beast Boy who are all part of a superhero team that lives on the West Coast.
The show is in an anime-esque style but by no means attempts to be one. It includes opening credits in Japanese and a vaguely Japanese animation style, but does not include story arcs similar to that of anime.
It includes subjects like teen angst, growing up, fighting evil (in all forms), and finding out what's good.
By no means does it attempt to fulfill all requirements of a kids' show, but it does try to teach good morals.
Its spin-off/sequel series is Teen Titans Go!.
"Teen Titans? Hasn't that show been off the air for a while?"
"Why, yes it has. But you can watch Teen Titans Go!."

A person that is misunderstood for a preppy little cheerleader who secretly loves disney channel. I'm a pre- teen, totally mellow and love Green Day, Nirvana, and skateboarding. So?! I wear lip gloss, my younger friend wears eye liner. By the way, we could spend over 2 hours trashing Justin Beiber, Miley Cyrus, etc... I am not a abercombie and fitch shopper, I am not what you think I am! I'm told by many people I have the independence, look of a teen. Someone who I walked pass was like: "She looks likes she's actually 17 except height and puberty stuff." (Not exact words, that's be weird).
Teenager: Look at that little pre teen listening to her Selena Gomez on her fancy little iPod her parents had to buy.
*12 year old listening to Come as You Are, worrying about all the money she wasted buying her iPod that took 3 years to pay for, walks down the street*
16 year old: Look wearing lip gloss, but probably worships Miley Cyrus
*12 year old goes on her phone to her blog trashing disney channel celebs*
Normal Person: Look at that awesome maturity, and teenager personality she has.
Normal Person's Friend: I know right?!
