When you put a shot of alcohol into a rubber chicken, then you proceed to take the shot from the chicken. Originally you would act out a play with the another person and give or receive a rubber chicken shot.

Minnesota minnow shots are not for the novice or inexperienced dipsomaniac. Only minnows born of Minnesota lakes will appropriately serve the task. No compliment to Minnesotan wildlife intended, just simply observed that Minnesota minnows possess the unique ability to live submerged in alcohol a spell longer than most North American breeds; for reasons modern science has yet to reveal.

Make sure you have the salt, tequila and lime. Then cut yourself, pour the salt in the fresh wound, slam the tequila shot, and chase it by squeezing the lime juice into the open wound.
