1) A sexual position wherein one partner lays on his/her back, with his/her head on the edge of a bed (or similar) and performs fellatio on a male partner that is standing in such a manner as to thrust his penis forcefully into his partner's open mouth.

2) An small alcoholic beverage meant to be consumed in one gulp or "shot," consisting of equal parts tequila and Goldshlagger.

Bonus combination example: "I met Jenna at the bar when we both ordered a 'Mexican brain surgeon." We toasted together and joked around a bit, then ordered another round. Josh is very stupid and is the WORST science table partner you can have. EVER. he breaks up with you on hyour birthday, and is just an overall dick. I will high five him someday. in the face. with a chair. he thinks he is gangster, but he isnt. and he probably doesnt even know how to spell the word 'Josh"...yeah.

2. A quasi-marijuana saying which is code for "Kush in your brain", or smoking the reefer. Used in situations where you can't openly proclaim your love for god's plant, so you simply say cushion your brain!
