To incarcerate someone who anonymously harasses others via E-mail or Web article.

An excerpt from the new law listed as Section 113 "Preventing Cyberstalking" under the "Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act":

"Whoever...utilizes any device or software that can be used to originate telecommunications or other types of communications that are transmitted, in whole or in part, by the Internet... without disclosing his identity and with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person...who receives the communications...shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than two years, or both."

Thanks to Congress a lot of annoying people will likely be e-jailed in the near future.

e-bayer

a common term used in online gaming to refer to players who bought there accounts/items off of a website. (e-bay being a generic one where you CAN buy items but there are many others). Generally made fun of/disliked because they did almost no work to get there uber 1337 items and there made fun of because they actualy spent money on things that are just 1's and 0's.
