The word Real has become a mainstream word due to teens and young adults using it to simply agree or relate to something or someone. The origin comes from a Rochester rapper that goes by Rx Papi. Rx Papi says “Real Rx” in a plethora of his songs and after his biggest song “12 Stout Street” went viral , the internet took the rappers motto and rarely gives him credit.
