A workout of the day (WOD) similar to a Murph. Although, different in that a “Tyler” is a set amount of time (20 min) rather than a set type of workout. Alternative types of “Tyler” include a “double Tyler” (40 min) and a “quick Tyler” (15 min).

Tyler’s are assholes. Not all of them, but some of them. I am not talking about the 26% of Tyler’s who are nice. I am talking about the 74% who are. They are cheaters and are rude to everyone they meet. Never talk to a Tyler.
