A term used a lot in the streets in the early 90's by those that hustled d r u g s for loot. It's exactly what it sounds like.. Your getting 2 pieces (mainly crack viles) for Five dollars.
It became common later as a joke.
"Yo sun, I got's 2 for 5 for these jumbs..." (jumbs was another word used for crack)

when you go to the supermarket with your mom and she says to stay in the car because she is just going to be 5 minutes to get a milk carton, but 30 minutes later when you died of heat in the car, she comes back with 7 bags of useless junk.
